How Do YOU Get Fit? I Want to Know!

I might huff and puff my way through workouts, but I never regret a single time I get my tush off the couch. After lots of life changes lately, keeping active is even more essential to my well-being.

Last week I shared a bit about how I get fit – which is usually a lot of stretching, yoga and walking in nature. As the weather warms, I’m hoping to add some jogging and additional cardio into the mix. I never regret a workout, but I have been flailing around a bit lately to feel motivated!
